The Parliamentary Elections will be held in Finland on Sunday 18 March 2007 from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

On the election day, voters may vote only at the polling station named on the information card. In Korsholm the polling stations are:
In Korsholm the advance polling station is the library in Smedsby. The advance polling station is open 7–8 March from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., 9 March from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., 10 March from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 12–13 March from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. On Sunday 11 March the advance polling station will be closed. It is possible to vote in advance at any of the general advance polling stations in Finland or abroad.
Everyone who wishes to cast his/her vote either on the election day or in advance must verify his/her identity by producing a valid ID card with a photo. For more flexible voting, it is useful to have one of the information cards available when voting. Voting is, however, possible also without producing an information card.

A person who is so gravely disabled that he/she cannot come to an advance polling station for advance voting or to a general polling station on the election day, has the right to vote in advance in his/her home.
The one who wishes to vote in advance in his/her home shall notify his/her intention to vote in his/her home to the Central Election Committee of Korsholm municipality on 6 March 2007 before 4 p.m. at the latest.
